BLS for New Providers Hands-on Skills Check-off
American Heart Association certified BLS training course for first time providers. This class is for Healthcare personnel or students taking healthcare courses. This class is taught in person and can last up to 2.5 hours. Providers will be expected to successfully pass 2 skills tests (Adult CPR/AED, and infant CPR), and achieve at least an 84% on the exam. Provider manuals or e-books can be purchased from the American Heart Association at shop.heart.org or may be provided by your employer.
