About Me

About Me I am a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of clinical experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of healthcare settings, which has given me a deep understanding of patient care, health education, and the challenges people face in managing their health.

In addition to my clinical background, I am a faculty member and certified CPR instructor with the American Heart Association. I follow all AHA guidelines while bringing my nursing experience into the classroom, creating a learning environment that is practical, supportive, and tailored to the needs of each student or organization.

As a Nurse Health Coach and Independent Consultant, I provide personalized education and guidance to clients with a wide range of health needs. This includes support with diet and nutrition, blood pressure and blood glucose tracking, chronic disease education and management, and post-hospitalization care planning. My approach is centered on helping clients set realistic, meaningful goals and then walking alongside them as they make the changes needed to achieve those goals—whether it’s building healthier eating habits, adding physical activity, adjusting daily routines, or navigating the challenges of chronic illness.

At the heart of my work is a passion for empowering others through education. I believe that when people understand their health, they gain the confidence and tools to take charge of it.
