About Me

I am a Registered Nurse with nearly 30 years of clinical experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across diverse healthcare settings, giving me a deep understanding of patient care, health education, and the real‑world challenges people face when trying to improve or manage their health.

In addition to my clinical background, I serve as a faculty member and certified CPR instructor with the American Heart Association. I follow all AHA guidelines while integrating my nursing expertise into the classroom, creating a learning environment that is practical, supportive, and tailored to the needs of each student or organization.

As a Holistic Nurse Coach, Functional Nutrition Nurse, and Independent Consultant, I provide personalized education and guidance to clients with a wide range of health needs. This includes support with functional nutrition, chronic disease education and management, and post‑hospitalization care planning. My approach focuses on helping clients set realistic, meaningful goals and walking alongside them as they make sustainable changes—whether that involves improving nutrition, increasing physical activity, adjusting daily routines, or navigating the complexities of chronic illness.

At the heart of my work is a passion for empowering others through education. I believe that when people truly understand their health, they gain the confidence and tools they need to take charge of it.
