As an Integrative Nurse Coach, I blend this expertise with a holistic, person-centered approach, working collaboratively with clients and their healthcare teams. Complementing medical treatment, I support transformation by integrating the heart, mind, body, and soul to promote meaningful change and lasting wellness.

Obesity Health Coach
As a Registered Nurse and Integrative Nurse Coach, I combine evidence-based practice with a holistic approach to support my clients in achieving lasting wellness. I partner closely with each individual to explore their unique needs, offering personalized education on lifestyle modifications and healthy living strategies. Together, we develop practical dietary plans and meal guidance tailored to their goals. As a team, we set achievable weight loss targets and provide ongoing motivation and support throughout their journey.
Health Education - including daily physical activity, healthy eating habits, stress management, goal setting and emotional well-being.
Diet & Meal Planning - Decoding food nutrition labels and using them to make healthier food choices. Dietary requirements for your age group and assistance with incorporating them. Learning how to plan balanced, complete meals for yourself.
Grocery shopping assistance - I will accompany you through a trip to the grocery store and assist you in reading food labels and choosing the items needed to prepare your meals.
Weight Loss Education - Along with meal planning assistance, I will assist you in determining and tracking your required daily calorie intake. Education on food additives, tips for curbing cravings and modifying sweets & sodium intake are just a few of the materials we will cover.
Lifestyle Modification - we will meet weekly to follow up on your progress and make changes to your diet if needed. These check-ins will help you stay on track with the goals you set at the beginning of your journey.
Support System - I am available outside of your scheduled appointment time for emotional support and encouragement.
